Belda Öztürk Joins Kazancı Holding as Chief Legal Counsel
Belda Öztürk joined Kazancı Holding as Chief Legal Counsel in December 2022.
Belda moved from Hattat Holding, where she worked as a Chief Legal Counsel since September 2019. She was the Partner of Ozturk & Ozturk Attorney Partnership for over 5 years before moving in-house.
She has worked as in-house counsel and as a private practice lawyer since graduating from Istanbul University's Faculty of Law in 2000.
Could you please tell us about your role at Kazancı Holding and the current initiatives you are leading?
I am quite excited to join Kazanci Holding, a pioneering company in energy and other lines of business. I would be more than happy to be able to contribute to the corporate sustainability whereas I would also strive to keep an efficient and happy team.
