Neşe Nur Yazgan is the senior competition advisor of Hergüner Bilgen Üçer.
Ms. Yazgan is responsible for administering merger and acquisition notifications for approval and contract notifications for exemption to the Turkish Competition Authority. She also helps clients by organizing compliance programs and provides training and advice on legal matters related to competition law and economics.
Ms. Yazgan worked for the Turkish Competition Authority as an antitrust expert & case handler for more than 15 years. Throughout her career she worked as head of supervision and enforcement department, senior associate in corporate relations and advocacy department and chief case handler in numerous cases including several M&A deals, privatisations and investigations.
