We are a boutique law firm specializing in IP, IT, Data Protection and Fintech Law, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Trademark Law Associate to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support on all aspects of trademark law.

- Handle trademark searches, filings, and prosecutions.

- Assist with trademark enforcement, including opposition and cancellation actions.

- Conduct trademark portfolio management and strategy development.

- Liaise with clients and offer strategic advice on trademark matters.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.

- At least 1-2 years of experience in trademark law.

- Strong knowledge of national and international trademark regulations and procedures.

- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in English
