In 1991, she graduated from Gazi University's Faculty of Public Administration, and in 2002, she graduated from Istanbul University's Faculty of Law. Between 2002 and 2004, she continued her education at the University of Texas at Arlington in the USA. In 2008, she completed her master's degree at Galatasaray University's Faculty of Law and continues her doctoral studies.
Between 1994 and 1996, she worked at İşbank in the foreign exchange department; between 1996 and 2002, she worked as the Treasury Manager at ELF Petrol, and she obtained her attorney's license in 2005. She worked as Chief Legal Officer at Roche Müstahzarları San. A.Ş., where she worked until 2014, as Chief Legal Counsel and Executive Board member.
In 2014, she founded the Vona Law Firm. She has participated as a speaker in many seminars organized by different organizations, teaches industry courses at Özyeğin University Faculty of Law, where she is a member of the Faculty of Law Advisory Board, and is an accredited trainer at the Turkish Human Management Association (PERYÖN).
