Eymen Akbaykal Yaygın is a member of the executive committee of Özay Law Firm. She was graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2008. She received her master’s degree in law of economics from Galatasaray University in 2010.
Before joining the team, she had worked as an associate at prestigious law firms and focused on litigation and consultancy.
She is mainly specialized in the fields of Rental Law and Collective Labour Law and is active in both litigation and consultancy processes. She assists many clients in relation to the preparation, revision, negotiation, and global reporting of commercial contracts. In addition, she provides support in litigation processes regarding Collective Labour Law, Administrative Law, and Commercial Law. She has outstanding success in relation to litigation processes with a remarkable rate of positive results in favor of our clients.
