Prof. Dr. İbrahim ERMENEK is a partner at BOSCA Law and a faculty member in the Civil Procedure Law Department at Ankara University Faculty of Law.
İbrahim ERMENEK completed his master's study on "Admission of a Case, Admissions Made in Court" and his doctoral study on "Postponement of Bankruptcy". He conducted research at Justus Liebig University (Germany) and the University of Houston (USA) on "Consolidation and Separation of Lawsuits"; and at Augsburg University (Germany) on "Postponement of Bankruptcy".
Prof. Dr. İbrahim Ermenek has published numerous articles in national and international academic journals, scientific translation works, and academic papers presented and published at symposiums, congresses, and conferences. In 2021, he was awarded the Turkish Academy of Sciences TÜBA Award for his work "Protection of the Weaker Party in the Mediation Process".
Since 2020, he has been registered as a mediator with the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice. He has experience in civil procedure law, execution and bankruptcy law, energy law, consumer law, intellectual property law, commercial and corporate law.
