8 Mayıs 2025 tarihinde Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren “Alışveriş Merkezleri Hakkında Yönetmelikte Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Yönetmelik” ile birtakım değişiklikler yapılmış olup bu değişikliklerin tamamı yayım tarihi itibariyle yürürlüğe girmiştir.

Amendments to Regulation on Shopping Centers

The Regulation on Shopping Centers was published by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Customs and Trade on February 26, 2016. The “Regulation Amending the Regulation on Shopping Centers”, which was published in the Official Newspaper on May 8, 2025, introduced a number of changes.
