She has been a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2013 and graduated from Galatasaray University Law. Fulya, a 2012 graduate of Galatasaray University Faculty of Law, holds LL.M degrees in International Commercial Dispute Resolution and International Commercial Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (hons), and the University Paris Est-Créteil (valedictorian) and BA degree in Business Management from Istanbul University.
