Deriş Attorney-At-Law Partnership, a law firm based in
Istanbul, is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer to join its team. Deriş has a 110-year history of providing
consulting and legal services to clients seeking to settle disputes related to
trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and other IP and industrial property
rights.
As an Intellectual Property Lawyer at Deriş, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect clients' intellectual property rights, managing their intellectual property portfolios, preparing legal opinions, drafting pleadings, and providing representation in court hearings. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate effectively with clients and authorities in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
As an Intellectual Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- IP Portfolio Management
- Preparing Strategy and Legal Opinion
- Skill for Court Hearing
- Strong Communication Skills with Clients and Authorities
Qualifications
- University degree in law,
- A minimum of five years of experience in the field of intellectual and industrial rights,
- Excellent strategizing skills and the ability to manage intellectual property portfolios,
- Proficient in preparing legal opinions, drafting pleadings, and attending court hearings,
- Advanced command of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and authorities.
