H. Berkehan Bayraktar graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law. He joined Özay Law Firm in 2018.

H. Berkehan Bayraktar mainly focuses on regulated sectors, advises the clients in public-law related fields such as Administrative Law, Competition Law, Energy Law, Mining Law, Tax Law, Customs Law, Zoning Law and in the processes of dispute resolution. He provides support in connection with advertising law, compliance of products and services with legal regulations and franchise operations. With the knowledge and experience he gained through his work in several fields of law, he also represents our clients in resolution of disputes arising from these fields of law. He also conducts our clients in Competition Law, Ethics and Compliance Management projects. He is involved in the preliminary research and investigation phases conducted by the Competition Board. He represents our clients before judicial authorities during the processes of cancellation of sanctions imposed by the Competition Board.
