His expertise in corporate governance includes the development of effective internal processes to ensure clients’ adherence to regulatory standards. In the realm of commercial contracts, Sefa supports the clients by utilizing his drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills, focused on safeguarding their interests.
Sefa actively participates in ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings, maintains corporate books, and prepares essential documents for annual corporate compliance. He assists clients with corporate transactions, such as company establishment and liquidation, changes in company type, mergers and acquisitions, share transfer, establishment of foreign company branches, amendment of articles of associations, cross-border investments, and more. Additionally, he supports clients in accessing and maintaining government incentives or exemptions tailored to their industries.
Sefa aims to help his clients facilitate the smooth operation of their day-to-day corporate and commercial activities. He also prepares corporate governance documents, refines commercial contracts, and addresses industry-specific needs through the drafting of legal memoranda on various topics.
He is currently an LL.M. candidate at Bahçeşehir University, in Capital Markets and Commercial Law.
