Samime Özgen Aytöre is working as Managing Attorney of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law Department and Samime assists our Clients for the execution proceedings without judgement, execution proceedings with judgement and foreclosure proceedings before execution offices.
In addition to her experience and knowledge in Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Samime also provides litigation services for the lawsuits related to Commercial Law.
Samime advises our clients to solve their disputes with the most effective solutions which are in accordance with the latest legislation and practices. She also organises trainings for our clients to point out the important issues which should be taken into consideration for collection of receivables and while obtaining cheques and bills of exchange.
