Ece serves as a legal professional and Head of Business Development at CBC Law, where she drives the firm's growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing market positioning. Her primary focus lies in the intersection of artificial intelligence, legal technology, ethics, and compliance, skillfully integrating these areas to meet the demands of her role.

In her role, Ece is responsible for spearheading internal training initiatives, organizing national and international events, and championing the adoption of legal technology and legal&compliance design. Her keen understanding of client needs and effective oversight of the firm's social media management enables her to successfully engage with clients and the wider legal community.

She remains at the forefront of industry trends by incorporating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into her practice and contributing to thought leadership through articles on compliance, artificial intelligence, and data privacy.

Prior to joining CBC Law, Ece held the position of Training Design Manager at an e-learning company, where she honed her skills in adult learning and delivering gamified trainings using complex simulations. In a previous role as a Content Specialist at another e-learning firm, Ece showcased her creativity by developing engaging ethics and compliance scenarios. Additionally, she served as the Chairperson of the Migration and Refugee Committee within the International Law Students Association (ILSA) at Istanbul University.
