Ceyda Sıla Çetinkaya focuses on advising clients on managing risk and resolving complex disputes relating to M&A, shareholders' agreements, FIDIC form of contracts and construction projects. She represents foreign and local clients before arbitral tribunals and before all levels of domestic courts, mainly in connection with the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. In addition to commercial dispute resolution, Ceyda regularly advises clients regarding corporate matters.
