Okan Gündüz is admitted to practice in England & Wales and Turkey.

Before joining Unsal, Okan has been a partner and managing associate at some of major Istanbul law firms, where he led Dispute Resolution and Corporate Practice Groups.

Okan has an extensive knowledge and experience in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, corporate law, M&A, commercial law, real estate, employment law and competition law.

In addition to his distinguished law practice, Okan has also been teaching civil procedure law and enforcement & bankruptcy law at universities and maintaining a strong connection with jurisprudence.

Okan has an LL.M at the Golden Gate University, LL.B at University of Marmara Law School, PhD in Private Law at University of Marmara.   Okan is the author of the book, “Case Management in Civil Procedure Law”.

Okan speaks English and Turkish.
